  • Details: Baby Trend has issued a recall on certain Hybrid LX 3-in-1 Combination Booster Seats manufactured between 2021 and 2023. The buckle on these seats may fail in an accident, increasing the risk of injury.

  • What to Do: If you have this model, stop using it immediately. Baby Trend is offering free replacement parts. You can contact their customer service at 1-800-328-7363 or visit their website to check if your model is affected and order replacement parts.

2. Children’s Tylenol Grape and Bubble Gum Liquid Bottles

  • Recall Date: October 30, 2023

  • Issue: Mislabeling of dosing instructions.

  • Details: This recall involves some bottles of Children’s Tylenol Grape and Bubble Gum liquid formulas with incorrect dosing instructions. The label mistakenly shows dosing for adults rather than children, creating a risk of overdose.

3. Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pouches

  • Recall Date: October 31, 2023

  • Issue: Possible contamination with small plastic pieces.

  • Details: Some Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pouches have been recalled due to possible contamination with small pieces of plastic. No injuries have been reported, but as a precaution, the company has recalled certain lot numbers.

  • What to Do: If you have these in your fridge or pantry, check the lot numbers on the packaging. You can return the affected products to the store for a full refund or contact Nestlé USA for further assistance.

4. Fisher-Price Rock ‘n Play Sleepers Reissue Warning

  • Notice Date: October 30, 2023

  • Issue: Ongoing risk of suffocation; over 100 deaths linked to this sleeper.

  • Details: Fisher-Price issued a warning on Rock ‘n Play Sleepers, which were originally recalled in 2019 due to infant deaths. Despite the recall, thousands of these sleepers remain in homes and online marketplaces, posing a serious suffocation hazard.

  • What to Do: Do not use these sleepers if you still own one, and avoid purchasing secondhand models. Fisher-Price is offering refunds or vouchers depending on the model. You can contact them at 1-800-432-5437 or check their site for instructions.
